location: the hotel was close enough to several restaurants and a target as well as philadelphia. the staff were extremely polite, superfriendly, i liked them all. i was offered a room with pleasant views of the skyline.

The King Suite was spacious and clean, perfect for families. Loved the pool and nearby restaurants like Target for snacks.

I liked the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

You guys were awesome. That and the bed pretty much made me forget all about my back pain.

They offer a smoking floor. Parking was cheap. The daytime manager was a sweetheart and extremely helpful.

Breakfast was over at 930, that's way too early. Housekeeping and night staff sucked.

Roach In My Bed in middle of the night. I guess these things can happen. It's possible it's no one's fault. But I definitely need to ask myself whether I could EVER stay in this hotel again.

Well more with Booked.net really as they use one card for automatic authentication while I want to use another card for payment. Just makes it a bit complicated. But the front desk staff were more than helpful trying to sort it out.

Spacious Two-Bedroom Suites with Kitchen was a great feature for our family.

The check-in process was confusing, and I had to resolve the payment issue at the front desk.

The mattress is too old, and sagged. Too soft and woke up with back pain two nights in a row.

The staff were very courteous and helpful, and facilities were clean, neat and as you'd expect of a good hotel. Highly recommended if you want a nice, easy and comfortable place to stay.
